Books Review & Clean-Up
For existing QuickBooks Online (QBO) Accounts
With bookkeeping, small errors can quickly snowball into big messes. Books with outstanding issues will generate inaccurate financial reports. Don't get stuck paying a monthly QBO subscription when you can't rely on the information to run your business.

If you KNOW you have an issue, or you're not sure if one is silently brewing, a Books Review by an expert bookkeeper will give you peace of mind and a report to outline any issues and steps to correct them.

After the completion of a Books Review, a Clean-Up package can be quoted if the client wants modough to complete the work.

Client Consultation
​During this initial meeting we'll discuss the current state of your books: the history of the account, the features you use (e.g. invoicing or sales tax) and any known issues or areas of concern.
QBO Account Review
A thorough books review will be completed addressing all aspects of the QBO account. This requires adding modough as an Accountant user in QBO. The Books Review is to observe and document issues, no changes/corrections are made (an audit log will be provided). A report of the findings and corrective action items will be prepared for the client.
Client Presentation
After the Books Review is complete, we will meet virtually to review and discuss the report.

If the client prefers to have modough complete any clean-up tasks, a separate Clean-Up quote can be provided.
